HBAF Member: Full 8 Hours $150, Mandatory Class, $40, 2 Hour Elective $40, 4 Hour Elective, $80
Non-Member Full 8 Hours $200, Mandatory Class $60, 2 Hour Elective $60, 4 Hour Elective, $100
HBAF members may register only themselves at the member price. Registrants of the same company that DO NOT have an individual membership with the HBAF, do not qualify for the member price. Members must use their HBAF login credentials to receive member pricing. Email natalie@fayhba.org if you do not know your login information.
Minimum technology requirements:

A computer or other device with a working camera and microphone (student connection via cell phone is not allowed)

Broadband internet access with a strong internet connection capable of maintaining connectivity (dropped connection may result in no credit)

Zoom software must be installed and tested before class day.
This class satisfies the Continuing Education requirement for NC General Contractor Qualifiers.
From the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors

8 hours of CE must be completed in order to renew a license by at least one qualifier for licensees in the license classifications of Building, Residential and Unclassified. For the Unclassified license, it shall be the qualifier who has passed the Building examination.

The 8-hour course requirement includes a mandatory 2-hour course produced by the Board with information about changes in the laws and rules and other content applicable to general contracting.

The remaining 6 hours will be elective courses produced by outside providers, submitted to, and approved by the Board.
- The CE year begins January 1 and ends on November 30 annually.
- Classes will not be offered during the month of December.
